101 Ocean Reef

Condo 101 measures just under 2,000 sq. ft and is fully furnished and equipped with everything to make it your home away from home. 

On low tide days, you can access the beach from the condo development,  which is accessed by stairs leading from the property's lobby. The beach stretches several hundred yards long, providing lovely swimming along its entire length.

House Rules

No smoking inside the condo.

Smoking is permitted on the patio with the doors closed.

While barbecuing is not allowed on the patios, there is a dedicated outside BBQ area on the oceanfront.

No unauthorised occupants in the unit.

No parties or loud noise.

Towels or clothing are not to be hung on the railings.

Suntan lotion permanently stains towels and linen. Please be aware of this as there will be a $100US charge to replace damaged linen items.

Wet Swimsuits - Please do not sit on the interior while wearing.

Air conditioning usage is for when in the condo - we ask that you please turn off when not in the condo. If left on 24 hours it causes the unit to freeze and will cause it to stop working. The remotes are not to be set below 20° C.

Garbage is to be disposed every couple of days - if left longer in the heat, it will cause issues.

Lost keys and gate clickers: There is a $100US replacement fee.

Lost towels: There is a replacement charge of $30US each.
